DFM News: Reminder: General Assembly of SUKOON is being held on 29/02/2024
The Board of Directors of Sukoon Insurance PJSC, based in Dubai, UAE, has invited its shareholders to attend the Annual General Assembly Meeting. The meeting will be held at the company's head office in Deira, Dubai, as well as virtually via www.smartagm.ae on Thursday, 29-02-2024 at 11:00 AM. The invitation was extended by Louise O'Donnell, EVP-Head of Strategy, International Operations, Legal and Compliance. A copy of the invitation was also sent to Mrs. Maryam Butti Al Suwaidi, Deputy CEO of Licensing, Supervision, Enforcement Affairs at the Securities and Commodities Authority in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Board of Directors of MBME Group PJSC, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, held a meeting on 29th February 2024. The board approved the audited financial results for the fiscal year ending 31st December 2023, and decided to invite shareholders to the Annual General Assembly on 29th March 2024, subject to the necessary approval from the Ministry of Economy. Other general business matters were also discussed and approved. The board secretary is Paul Mckendry.
