Press release from Companies: Risk Intelligence Annual Report 2025 published (Correction)

This is a correction to announcement No 6-2026, which initially omitted the Auditor’s statement regarding the deferred tax asset. The Annual Report for 2025 is based on Going Concern principles, and the auditors agree with this approach. However, the auditors have issued a qualified opinion, stating that the recognised deferred tax asset of DKK 19 million should be valued at DKK 0 due to uncertainty about its utilisation. This adjustment would result in a net loss of DKK 24.9 million and negative equity of DKK 37.7 million. Despite this, management believes the company can continue operations with expected growth and secured loan funding. If the annual report is approved without additional disclosures, a modified auditor’s report will be issued. For more information, contact Risk Intelligence's CEO or CFO, or visit their website and social media pages.

This uncertainty is noted in the financial statements, where management outlines the company's expected growth, funding, and cash flow assumptions. Management believes that with the budget and additional loan funding, the company can continue operating. The auditors will issue a modified report emphasizing this matter, provided no new information arises during management's discussion. Reports: Q4 Interim and Year-End Report 1 January – 31 December 2025
