Freetrailer Group A/S, a prominent player in the trailer rental industry, has announced the initiation of a share repurchase programme scheduled to run from March 31, 2025, to June 30, 2025. This strategic move is designed to optimize the company's capital structure and build a reserve of own shares to support ongoing and future warrant programmes, as well as facilitate efficient future acquisitions.

The programme is structured in compliance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation and EU Commission Regulation No. 596/2014, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory standards. Freetrailer has appointed ABG Sundal Collier as the financial adviser and lead manager, who will independently handle all purchase decisions within the framework of the programme.

Key conditions of the programme include purchasing shares at prices not exceeding the higher of the latest independent trade or the highest independent bid on the Spotlight Stock Market. Additionally, daily purchases are capped at 25% of the average daily trading volume over the preceding 20 trading days.

Freetrailer's CEO, Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, emphasized that this initiative marks a significant milestone for the company, highlighting its profitable growth and substantial cash position.
