Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB has completed the acquisition of five assets in Finland, previously announced on 25 March 2019. The properties, newly built and leased to Kesko and Tokmanni, have a total area of 15,800 sqm and were acquired for €25 million. The sellers were Veikko Laine Oy and Castor Real Estate Oy. Cibus is also working on refinancing the remaining senior debt facility and further acquisitions.
