The written procedure initiated on 13 July 2023 and concluded on 8 August 2023 has been successfully completed by the Issuer. The procedure involved certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds, and the authorization for the Issuer's board of directors. The changes were accepted unanimously by all eligible votes. Following this, Brocc AB has been appointed as the new Trustee for the Bonds.
