Aixia has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Webland AB, a company specializing in IT infrastructure, operations, and hosting services. This acquisition is part of Aixia's strategy to expand its presence in IT and AI solutions. Webland is expected to boost Aixia's sales by approximately SEK 35 million and contribute a positive EBITDA of about SEK 3 million annually. The acquisition will provide Aixia with recurring revenue, strong customer relationships, additional data center capacity, and technical expertise. The agreed purchase price is SEK 12 million, and Aixia plans to finance it from its own funds.
