The Arabian Scandinavian Insurance Company, also known as Sukoon Takaful, had a board of directors meeting on 19th March 2024. The meeting was held at the company's head office in Dubai at 12.15 pm, with some participants joining via video conferencing. The main agenda of the meeting was a general review of the company's business. The company's executive chief officer, Mr. Hamed Ahmad Ali, and the deputy CEO for Licensing, Supervision, Enforcement Affairs at the Securities and Commodities Authority, Mrs. Maryam Butti Al Suwaidi, were informed about the meeting.

Sukoon Insurance PJSC held a board meeting on 19th March 2024. The meeting took place at 10:00 am at the company's head office in Dubai and was conducted via Teams video conferencing. The board discussed the company's business, and reviewed and approved the compliance policies and the Central Bank of UAE's underwriting and pricing reports. The meeting was attended by the Executive Chief Officer of Dubai Financial Market, Mr. Hamed Ahmad Ali, and Louise O'Donnell, the EVP-Head of Strategy, International Operations, Legal and Compliance.

The Board of Directors of the Islamic Arab Insurance Co. – SALAMA P.S.C will issue a Board Resolution by Circulation on 22 March 2024. This resolution is to approve the call for the Company’s Annual General Assembly and to establish its agenda, time, and location. The resolution will be signed by Khaled Barakat, the General Counsel of the company.
