The required quorum was met, and the following resolutions were approved: the Board of Directors’ report on the company's activities and financial position for the year ending 31 December 2025; the external auditor’s report for the same period; the company’s balance sheet and profit and loss account; a cash dividend of 11.8712 fils per share totaling AED 890,341,000, with specific entitlement, ex-dividend, registry closing, and payment dates; the discharge of the Board of Directors from liability for the year ending 31 December 2025; and the Board of Directors’ remuneration for that financial year.
