YIT Corporation has begun constructing a residential apartment building named Bostads Ab Korsholms Bergius Asunto Oy in Mustasaari near Vaasa. Scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, the building meets energy class A standards and will use renewable energy during construction, with at least 75% of waste being recycled. YIT Corporation announced that the Pirkkala-Linnainmaa tramway project will move to the implementation phase following a decision by local municipalities.
