Sammanfattning

Transiro Holding AB is expanding its market-leading bus planning system, Klartext, into the Baltic region, starting with Estonia. This move follows a successful entry into Norway and is supported by Business Sweden.

Transiro Holding AB, a prominent player in the Swedish market for digital planning systems, is taking a significant step in its international expansion strategy by introducing its renowned bus planning system, Klartext, to the Baltic region. The company, in collaboration with Business Sweden, is set to engage with ten medium-sized bus companies in Estonia next week.

This strategic move follows a comprehensive market and competitor analysis conducted by Business Sweden, which highlighted the substantial potential for Klartext in the Baltic countries. The system, already widely used by approximately 140 Swedish bus companies, is tailored for charter and order traffic planning and has been refined over two decades.

Estonian bus companies, which typically operate fleets of 40 to 50 buses, represent a core segment for Transiro, mirroring its customer base in Sweden and Norway. Many of these companies are currently considering upgrading or changing their planning systems, presenting a prime opportunity for Transiro to establish new business relationships.

Following its successful entry into the Norwegian market earlier this year, where Transiro secured its first international customer agreement, the visit to Estonia marks a crucial next step in broadening its European presence. The company is now preparing to adapt Klartext to meet the specific needs of the Baltic market.

Johan Eriksson, CEO of Transiro, expressed optimism about the Baltic market, stating, 'We see significant potential in the Baltic region. The bus companies here are well-organized, digitally mature, and in need of modern system solutions for their traffic planning. With our extensive experience and proven product, Klartext, we are well-positioned to take the next step internationally.'

Transiro's European expansion strategy focuses on gaining a deep understanding of neighboring markets, such as the Baltics and the Nordics, before scaling operations to other strategically important parts of Europe. The company has already identified considerable potential in markets like Poland, Germany, Italy, and Spain, where the digitalization of transport planning is rapidly evolving.

Business Sweden plays a pivotal role in this endeavor by facilitating introductions to relevant stakeholders and organizing on-site business meetings. This project is a part of Transiro's internationalization strategy, which emphasizes understanding customer requirements, building relationships, and establishing the Klartext brand as a leading option for digital planning in public and charter traffic across Europe.

Fredrik Schön, Head of Transiro ECO Transport, noted, 'Business Sweden's support in this initiative demonstrates that our product and offering hold strong in an international context.'

Transiro is entering an exciting phase, combining strong profitability, a growing customer base, and a clear international growth strategy. The expansion of Klartext is a central component of the company's long-term plan to grow beyond Sweden's borders and create value for shareholders. This is just the beginning of Transiro's international growth journey.
