Caybon Holding AB (publ) has successfully completed its parallel written procedures concerning its outstanding bond loans. The offer to participate in the issuance of new bonds was fully subscribed by bondholders, with allocations managed by ABG Sundal Collier ASA. No allocations were made to underwriters. Nordic Trustee & Agency AB confirmed that all conditions for the effective date have been met, and the issuance and roll-over of bonds will occur on 27 February 2025. The new bonds will have a nominal amount of SEK 180,580,394, with portions paid in cash and set-off against existing bonds.
