Aixia has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire White Red SW2 AB, a company specializing in IT infrastructure and data center services. WhiteRed is expected to contribute to Aixia's sales and EBITDA, as well as offer recurring revenue, strong customer relationships, additional data center capacity, and technical expertise.
