On 19 September 2024, UIE Plc. was informed that BLS Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S ("BLS Capital") adjusted its voting rights on 18 September 2024. BLS Capital now controls voting rights for 3,216,352 shares, which is 9.98% of the total voting rights in UIE Plc.

On 14 August 2024, UIE announced two share buy-back programs: a ‘Safe Harbour’ program and a ‘Block Trade’ program. Both are aimed at acquiring up to 3% of the company's share capital by the end of 2025, as outlined in Company Announcement No. 7/2024.
