Raytelligence AB, a Swedish innovation company, held an extraordinary general meeting on March 18, 2024. All decisions were made unanimously, including the appointment of a new board consisting of Sven Otto Littorin, Charles Stuart Arnold, Ben RG Hedenberg, and Robert M. Grinberg. Sven Otto Littorin was named chairman and Ben Hedenberg was appointed as the new CEO.
