Harvia Plc has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 26 April 2024. Shareholders will be able to attend the meeting in person or vote in advance. The AGM will discuss various matters including the adoption of financial statements, the distribution of dividends, and the election of board members. The Board proposes a dividend of EUR 0.68 per share to be paid in two instalments in May and October 2024. The AGM will also consider the authorisation for the Board to decide on the repurchase of the company’s own shares and the issue of shares, options and other special rights. The meeting will be webcast, although attendees will not be able to ask questions or vote via the webcast.
Harvia Plc's Shareholders' Nomination Board has updated its proposal to the Annual General Meeting 2024 concerning the Board of Directors' composition and remuneration. The Board suggests a monthly payment of EUR 3,500 for the Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors, assuming one is elected. The original proposal, released on 13 December 2023, remains unchanged otherwise. The proposals, made unanimously, will be included in the notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting to be announced later.
